Confirmation Registration Form

  1. To sign up for next year's Confirmation Preparation class, incoming sophomore students should submit the form below no later than August 15th (classes will start in September of your sophomore year).
  2. There is a fee of $45/student, payable to IC Church. Please mail to the parish office.
  3. You will receive further information and meeting notices after registering - including notification of the Parent/Student information meeting to complete registration before classes start. This information meeting for parents and students is in late August or early September each year.
