Confirmation Registration Form
- To sign up for next year's Confirmation Preparation class, incoming sophomore students should submit the form below no later than August 15th (classes will start in September of your sophomore year).
- There is a fee of $45/student, payable to IC Church. Please mail to the parish office.
- You will receive further information and meeting notices after registering - including notification of the Parent/Student information meeting to complete registration before classes start. This information meeting for parents and students is in late August or early September each year.
